Desired Experience Range - 4-6 years

Must-Have
- Excellent communication skills
- Voice Support Experience
- L1 Technical support experience for retail domain
- Hands on exp of Service Now ticketing tool & Active directory will be an added advantage
- Chat Support experience
- Should be familiar with remote support for end users
- Ready to work in a 24
- 7 environment
- Comfortable with Rotational shifts & Rotational WO
- Minimum 2.5 years commitment to work with project
- Clearing Customer Evaluation is a must to work for the project

Associate should be able to work on different application issues with Good Troubleshooting Skills.Should be ready to work on new technologies & tools without any tool specific restrictions / boundaries.Team player and ready to manage shared account model with 247 support (managing multiple accounts
