John Cockerill is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role is crucial for ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process, helping us attract and secure top talent to support our growing engineering and industrial needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure the recruitment process is completed within the turnaround time (TAT).
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including but not limited to :
Posting positions on job portals, LinkedIn, & SuccessFactors.Searching resumes on job portals, LinkedIn, & SuccessFactors.Providing detailed descriptions of the roles to candidates.Understand the hiring requirements from hiring managers.Source and screen candidates by providing detailed job descriptions and explaining the roles.Employ creative recruitment techniques to attract qualified candidates.Schedule interviews by coordinating effectively with both candidates and hiring managers.Required Skills & Qualifications :
