Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle Service (CS) modules, particularly Oracle Teleservice and Oracle Install Base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and enhancing the Oracle Service suite to streamline service operations and improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Implement and configure Oracle Teleservice and Oracle Install Base modules as part of the Oracle EBS suite.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.

Design and develop enhancements and customizations using Oracle tools (Forms, Reports, PL / SQL, APIs).

Provide end-to-end support including incident resolution, service request handling, and user training.

Configure and maintain Service Requests (SRs), Task Management, Service Contracts, and Service Logistics.

Manage and maintain Install Base items, item instances, transactions, and associations.

Integrate Oracle Service with other modules (Inventory, Contracts, Field Service, etc.).

Perform unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, DBAs, and end-users.

Document system configurations, business processes, and user guides.

Monitor and resolve any data integrity issues within Install Base and Service modules.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 with focus on Oracle Service (CS) modules.

Deep knowledge of Oracle Teleservice, Install Base, and related modules (Service Contracts, Field Service, etc.).

Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and database structure.

Experience with Oracle tools like SQL, PL / SQL, Workflow Builder, Forms, and Reports.

Ability to create and use APIs related to Service and Install Base modules.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

Oracle EBS R12 certification in Oracle Service modules.

Knowledge of integrations with Oracle CRM, Logistics, and Inventory modules.
