BPO Training Specialist

Teleperformance is hiring for Manager - Core Training.

Required Skills :

1. Candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience in BPO / Call Centre in an International process in a Leadership role.

2. Graduation is a must.

3. Should have excellent communication skills.

4. Comfortable to work in rotational shifts.

5. Should have experience in VNA, Voice coach, soft skills, communication training, language training in BPO industry.
