Job descriptionMonitor staff in / out movement and report late arrivals. Maintain records of daily attendance and share reports as needed. Handle phone and in-person inquiries from parents and visitors. Coordinate parent communications, including scheduling appointments with teachers or school leadership. Coordinate the distribution of school uniforms and books to students. Manage interactions with vendors for supplies and services. Assist with student transport coordination (pick-up / drop logistics, communication with transport staff, etc.). Manage and organize school-related emails and correspondence. Maintain and update student / staff data records as needed. Schedule and manage appointments and meetings for the school office. Support data entry and reporting using the school’s ERP system. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of updates in ERP modules relevant to office functions. Engage newly admitted students (especially young children) with games or activities during waiting periods.
Key Responsibilities :
Front Desk & Visitor Management
- Greet and manage all visitors, ensuring proper sign-in and guidance.
- Conduct school tours for prospective parents and students when required.
- Ensure cleanliness and presentability of the reception area.
- Arrange refreshments (coffee, water, etc.) for guests and staff at the reception.
