What you’ll do

• Overall process owner for the offer creation process at TA Ops.
• Ensuring that the appropriate document validation, data validation conducted for all candidate hired for all lateral and IJP positions as per Vodafone policy.
• Ensuring the offer creation.
• Providing regular dashboards of Offer creation, FTR & insufficiencies
• To fulfil reporting & audit requirements at Vodafone Shared Services.
• Drive process changes and improvements in line with Vodafone Global policy.
• Experience in Offer / appointment letter creation
• Excellent interpersonal & influencing skills
• Subject matter expertise in data & document validation
• Internal audits and process improvement.
