About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Ballastless Track to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of ballastless track works for metro / rail infrastructure projects in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in track construction, project coordination, and stakeholder management, with hands-on experience in ballastless track systems for metro or high-speed rail projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the overall planning, coordination, and execution of ballastless track works as per project timelines and specifications.
• Supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to design, quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.
• Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and client representatives for technical and execution-related matters.
• Review design drawings, technical specifications, and method statements related to ballastless track works.
• Conduct regular site inspections, progress reviews, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports, MIS, and documentation to management and clients.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure smooth execution.
• Lead and mentor project teams and ensure seamless communication among stakeholders.
