Job description

We’re looking for a full-time, dedicated professional to manage QuickBooks accounting for our U.S. subsidiaries and bring clarity to intercompany records through clean accounting separation and reporting.

Responsibilities :

  • Categorize and reconcile transactions; classify loans in QuickBooks.
  • Maintain tax-ready records and prepare financial statements.
  • Ensure accounting accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
  • Implement clear separation between entities and streamline financial reporting.

Qualifications :

  • Proven QuickBooks Online experience.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and GAAP.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and able to work independently.
  • Must be available full time and not engaged with other companies .
  • Additional training may be provided for the right candidate.
