Senior Advertising Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Deploy and optimize Facebook / Meta Ads campaigns (Conversions, Leads, App Installs, Video Views…) with a total budget of $120,000 / month.

Analyze customer actions, plan A / B testing (content, ads, audiences, placements…).

Build a scientific campaign structure

(TOF–MOF–BOF), combine with the team's content and design for effective conversion.

Monitor and analyze data from Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Looker Studio or MMP (if available).

Proactively expand budget based on performance and ROAS, CPL, CPM, CTR, CVR…

✅ CANDIDATES REQUIREMENTS

Have a large budget from 5 years of experience running Facebook Ads (>

20,000 USD / month or more).

Strong performance mindset, know how to test quickly - optimize deeply - expand with control.

Components of Facebook Ads Manager, Business Manager, Event Manager, Pixel, CAPI, etc.

Know analytics, understand attributes (last click, view, etc.).

Priority is given to those with experience in the following fields : E-commerce, services, online courses, real estate, finance...
