Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned Workday Integration Consultant with strong techno-functional expertise to lead and support Workday implementations and integration projects. This role involves translating business needs into technical solutions, bridging the gap between stakeholders and engineering teams, and ensuring successful delivery and system optimization within the Workday ecosystem.

Responsibilities :

1. End-to-End Implementation :

Lead business requirement gathering, integration planning, system configuration, and production deployment for Workday projects.
Evaluate feasibility of change requests and provide optimal solutions within agreed timelines.

2. Techno-Functional Solutioning :

Provide system design, configuration, testing, and implementation support.

Collaborate with solutioning teams across architecture, development, and quality assurance.

3. System Enhancement & Customization :

Extend or customize existing Workday functionalities through coding and configuration.

Ensure implementation of business processes and underlying ERP architecture effectively.

4. Production Support :

Offer product maintenance, resolve technical queries, and manage change requests.

Deploy automation tools and solutions to streamline processes and increase efficiency.

5. Client & Team Collaboration :

Act as the bridge between technical and functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Provide timely updates and support to onsite and offsite stakeholders.

6. Continuous Learning & Development :

Engage in internal certifications, training, and seminars to enhance skills.

Share knowledge through articles, case studies, or whitepapers.
