OBJECTIVE :
To develop and strengthen client relationship in Industrials sector. Responsible for origination, co-ordination and execution of various types of Investment Banking deals.
ELIGIBILITY :
Years of Experience : 8-15 years
Educational Qualification : MBA from a premier institute or CA (1st Attempt)
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS :
Manage client relationships along with the seniors, assisting in identification of business opportunities
Ensure effective execution of deals. Brainstorm innovative ideas, solutions and proposals within the team
Responsible for tracking sectors and companies
Display Market Intelligence of Industrials sector. Keep up to date and abreast with trends and deals in the Sector. Ability to showcase sector know-how and propose creative alternatives to clients.
Manage team results and performs a wide range of tasks, including reviewing financial models, developing presentations and supporting due diligence and marketing efforts. Internally coordinates with teams to execute deals.
CORE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :
Strong understanding & deal experience in Industrials.
Extensive Deal handling & closure experience
Excellent Relationship Management skills - prospecting, signing new relationships, nurturing existing ones and deepening the effort for incremental asset growth
Good understanding & experience of both Capital market and M&A transaction
Strong blend of number crunching / analytics
Ability to effectively network across the sector and generate potential business lead
Outstanding technical / conceptual understanding of finance & valuations
