Senior Field Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for India that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. Work closely with sales and operational teams to execute marketing initiatives aligned with sales goals and support bookings and revenue growth.
• Champion One Voice within India go-to-market team and at all levels to ensure initiatives align with new product introduction, new market entry and pipeline development objectives for each market.
• Collaborate closely with our regional team, agencies, partners, and stakeholders across APAC as well as our global brand, communications, digital and demand teams to orchestrate global, regional and local campaigns, programs and initiatives in India.
• Inform your portfolio market and APAC senior leadership discussions and decisions with key market insights and competitive intelligence to ensure a positive balance between internal and external perspectives. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
• Deliver a suite of integrated programs and campaigns that support your portfolio countries segment penetration, new product introduction and new market entry strategy to drive bookings and revenue growth. Collaborate with other marketing team members, peers and functional stakeholders to maximize resource efficiencies and eliminate duplicative efforts.
• Ensure a well-planned, disciplined, timely, standardized and wherever possible programmatized approach to execution. Remove roadblocks and bottlenecks inhibiting progress and help troubleshoot any day-to-day execution issues faced with a sense urgency.
• Ensure earnest brand guardianship and quality assurance for all marketing and communications positioning, messaging and assets released externally in your portfolio markets including PR, social media, advertising, collateral, sales tools and public-facing presentations.
• Maintain strict and disciplined governance of marketing plan on internal policies including legal, compliance, finance, HR, IT and security.
• Adherence to and accurate, timely reporting of OKRs, KPIs, Marketing Programs, headcount and Travel & Expense budgets. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
• Always prioritize dedicated time to coaching and mentoring fellow team members to ensure their clear understanding, optimal learning and continuous development.
• Where and when appropriate, assume responsibility to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive virtual cross-functional teams on continuous improvement or transformational initiatives.
• Effectively use data to diagnose problem definition, guide solutioning and focus Marketing's energy and investment on the most impactful programs and initiatives to drive business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
