Backend Engineer - Python / FastAPI

As a Backend Engineer, you will be building scalable, robust backend systems that power AI workflows and conversational voice bots, enabling seamless customer experiences.

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python and frameworks such as FastAPI to build high performance, scalable APIs.
• Design and implement complex AI workflow orchestration using Temporal, ensuring reliability and fault tolerance.
• Work with MongoDB to design schema and optimize queries for high-throughput data access.
• Integrate and automate business processes using RPA tools like n8n and Make.com.
• Collaborate with AI researchers and frontend teams to embed LLMs, vector libraries, and voice / chat AI into backend workflows.
• Build, test, and deploy solutions in a fast-paced environment with a focus on rapid iteration and continuous improvement.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical knowledge sharing.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance and scalability.
• Stay current with AI advancements and propose innovative technology solutions for enterprise use Skills :
• Strong proficiency in Python programming and experience with FastAPI or similar modern web frameworks.
• Experience working with Temporal.io or equivalent workflow orchestration tools.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with RPA tools such as n8n, Make.com, or similar automation platforms.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and backend best practices
