Job description

Objective :

We are seeking a highly experienced iOS Native Developer to join our core product team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise and proven experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable iOS mobile applications. You will be responsible for building production-ready, maintainable, and performance-optimized apps while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless mobile experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with product managers, UI / UX designers, and backend developers to deliver feature-rich iOS applications.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Swift code following MVVM / MVC architectural patterns.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and leverage iOS native capabilities (Camera, GPS, Push Notifications, etc.).
  • Work with local storage, background tasks, and offline-first features.
  • Optimize application performance, memory usage, and battery consumption.
  • Ensure cross-device and cross-version compatibility (iOS 13+).
  • Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical documentation.
  • Debug and fix issues, manage app versioning, and release updates on the App Store.
  • Stay updated with Apple development guidelines, frameworks, and security practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in iOS application development.
  • Strong proficiency in Swift (Objective-C knowledge is a plus).
  • Expertise in UIKit, SwiftUI, Core Data, Core Location, and other iOS frameworks.
  • Solid experience in RESTful API integration and data handling (JSON, Codable, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of background tasks, multithreading (GCD / Operation Queues), and push notifications.
  • Deep understanding of performance optimization, memory management, and battery efficiency.
  • Familiarity with App Store deployment processes and mobile security best practices.
  • Proficiency in version control systems (Git).
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.

    • Nice-to-Have Skills :

  • Experience with CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins, Bitrise, or GitHub Actions).
  • Exposure to Firebase, Analytics, or third-party SDK integrations.
  • Strong experience with Unit Testing & UI Testing (XCTest, XCTest UI).
  • Understanding of advanced design patterns (MVVM, MVP, VIPER).

    • Educational & Professional Requirements :

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of proven experience in iOS mobile app development.
