Role Overview

We are seeking a Support Engineer Lead to oversee and enhance the reliability of our trading operations. This leadership role involves managing the support team, defining shift rotations for continuous coverage, and creating standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and efficient support. You will drive process improvements, monitor mission-critical systems, and collaborate with engineering teams to refine pre-trade workflows and operational resilience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the L1 / L2 support team, managing shifts and rotation schedules.
• Oversee and improve pre-trade workflows, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
• Define, document, and implement SOPs for incident management and operational processes.
• Monitor production systems, ensuring timely detection, escalation, and resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to drive automation and workflow improvements.
• Maintain business continuity through proactive monitoring and precision in manual tasks.
• Handle ad-hoc requests and ensure smooth coordination across teams.
