Job Title : Customer Operations Specialist
About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team in customer service operations. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining workflows, datasets, and simulations critical for benchmarking large language models (LLMs).
Your work will ensure that AI systems are tested against real-world business scenarios, validated for accuracy and compliance, and aligned with customer experience standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recreate operational workflows for compliance checks, audits, internal controls, and KYC processes.
- Validate AI-generated outputs, administrative tasks, compliance reports, and operational logs.
- Structure datasets, refund logs, approval workflows, and compliance records.
- Collaborate with tooling developers to simulate dashboards, monitor workflows, and provide data-driven insights.
Requirements :
Hands-on experience in operations management, compliance workflows, and knowledge of common tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, ERPs like SAP, Oracle, and NetSuite.Familiarity with data analysis, data visualization, and data storytelling.Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to spot issues in AI-generated workflows.Understanding of operational data used to train and evaluate LLMs.Excellent written English skills, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.Benefits :
