Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to oversee vendor payments, contract management, and compliance within a Fintech environment. The role requires expertise in financial reporting, taxation, and international vendor management, along with a strategic mindset for optimizing cash flow and mitigating currency risks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern accounting tools, automation platforms, and compliance frameworks to enhance operational efficiency.

Location : Pune, Maharashtra, India (Remote)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely vendor payments.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with global vendors and suppliers.
• Monitor currency exchange rates and implement risk-mitigation strategies for international transactions.
• Oversee contract management, taxation, and financial compliance with global regulations.
• Work closely with legal, finance, and compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize cash flow and control expenses.
• Lead process automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Supervise, train, and guide 1-2 team members in financial operations.

Role Requirements :

Education : Commerce Graduate (CA Inter / CWA Inter preferred).

Experience : 5-7 years in accounts payable, vendor management, compliance, and financial reporting.

Work Schedule : Monday to Friday (Work from Home)
