We are expanding our Hyderabad team and looking for a Senior Academic Counselor who can handle the complete student journey — from lead conversion to visa success.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Academic Counselor for Study Abroad (UK, Australia, NZ), you will :

Call, counsel, and convert student leads into successful applications.
Conduct career counseling sessions to guide students on courses, universities, and eligibility.
Handle university shortlisting, application filing, and document verification.
Support students in preparing SOPs, LORs, and visa documents.
Coordinate end-to-end admissions and visa process with accuracy and timelines.
Ensure consistent follow-ups and maintain data for each student.
Achieve monthly conversion goals while maintaining student satisfaction.

Requirements

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Overseas Education Counseling (UK / Australia / NZ markets preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong knowledge of study visa procedures, university admission timelines, and application platforms.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, student-focused environment.

Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools for student tracking.

Must be available for on-site work in Rajendranagar, Hyderabad. (No work from home.)
