Purpose of the role (Briefly describe the overall purpose of this position. Why does it exist and how does it contribute to the organization overall Short summary)

The Purpose of this role is to have a replacement to existing position who will be a point of contact for SAP topics, will coordinate and collect business requirements, provide 2nd and 3rd level of support on change requests and issues reported and has deeper understanding of SAP specially in FI / CO module (preferred). In future, will be involved in SAP Implementation project (S / 4 HANA) when it will be rolled out for India. We need to have someone who has at least 1 End to End implementation experience and has good knowledge on providing support on other functional requirements in SAP.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Analyze and define solutions within the Incident, Change-, Portfolio- and Project-Process
• Understand the business issues and challenges.
• Suggest areas of improvement
• Lead projects and initiatives in the SAP and other application area
• Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes, and recommendations related to the proposed solution.
• Develop functional specifications and system design specifications.
• Recommend technical solutions.
• Support business users to perform testing of new processes.
• Document functional designs, test cases and results.
• Provide Training to end users.
• Involved in SAP project for OPP and OSS Balzers (India and SEA countries)
• Cooperate with internal SAP CoE consultants to get prompt support on business requirements.
• Managing of the external AMS partner
• Take responsibilities in the 1st and 2nd level support.
• Contribute to driving Oerlikon into Digitalization
• Drive for process harmonization and build-up of a global process catalog.
