POSITION OVERVIEW : -

Major Deliverables :

  • Designing the trade marketing strategy and planning and executing the same in the trade with the help of the sales team.
  • Capturing data from Market Intelligence reports & leverage the insights to develop product, sku and channel level plans for each of the geographic areas.
  • Developing an activity calendar and ensures regional and channel level activities are rolled out and executed as per the action standards. Monitors the effectiveness of trade spends and various initiatives to ensure high ROI for trade spends.
  • Build a GTM strategy in terms of partner profile, numbers, POP strata expansion, DPL and ensure execution against the same is monitored and targets are delivered.
  • Build Automation across the sales system and leverage the data for future decision making.
  • Manage 2-3 projects / pilots with an eye on the long terms initiatives and changes that can be implemented in the future.

PERSON OVERVIEW : -

Qualification & Experience – MBA with Minimum 8 to Maximum 12 Years experience and preferably worked as Region Sales development / Region Trade MKTG.

Age : - 30 + Years
