UGC Creator

AITS is looking for a hands-on, travel-ready UGC Content Creator who can capture real classroom learning, student activities, teacher moments, and campus life across our campuses. This role is NOT agency-style editing or personal branding work . It is on-ground documentation + quick editing + structured storytelling .

What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)

1. Capture Real Classroom Learning

Travel to different campuses as and when needed

Shoot natural, candid moments along with scripted activities

Follow the internal Content OS (hooks, pacing, colours, tone)

2. Create High Quality Reels

Shoot and editing with clean, documentary-style approach

Use provided templates, caption styles, end-frames

Maintain visual and narrative consistency across campuses

3. Maintain Content Library

Organize footage, label raw files, and share with central marketing

Build an archive for future campaigns

Follow a proper shooting + editing pipeline

Required Skills (Must-Have)

Strong mobile and DSLR videography / photography skills

Ability to capture spontaneous moments

Proficient in Reels style editing

Fast turnaround

Clean, minimal editing style (not flashy influencer content)

Understanding of natural lighting, framing, sound

Comfort working around children and teachers

Ability to work independently on-ground

Patience + people skills

Bonus Skills

Experience shooting kids / education content

Familiarity with brand-based content structures

Understanding of social media algorithms

Hindi + English communication
