Job Title : Salesforce Technical Architect

Location : Hyderabad / Bangalore

Job Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Core Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical background, hands-on development experience, and a strong understanding of CI / CD practices. Experience with Agentforce is a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design end-to-end scalable architecture across Salesforce Core, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud
• Define technical standards, patterns, and best practices for enterprise-wide Salesforce solutions
• Lead technical workshops with business stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Architect and guide implementation of customer portals, partner portals, and service consoles
• Define and implement CI / CD pipelines for Salesforce development and deployments
• Collaborate with developers, admins, and business analysts to ensure high-quality solutions
• Oversee code review processes, performance optimization, and security best practices
• Serve as a technical mentor and provide architectural guidance to project teams
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and capabilities
