Key Objectives and Major Responsibilities :
- Looking after all Special Economic Zone ('SEZ') related compliances including : -
- Ensuring compliances of all statutory requirements related to functioning of the SEZ units and other government rules and regulations as per Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020 and SEZ Act, 2005 and rules.
- Keeping abreast with the various policy announcements or amendments in act and rules by the Government from time to time for SEZ units.
- Invoice extraction, Proforma B working in excel sheet, DSPF (DTA Service Procurement Form) working in excel, stamping on paper, Entry in Bond Register, Online Filing on SEZ portal, Endorsement of goods and services invoices, Unit Signature on each paper, Custom Officer Signature on each paper, Custom officer signature on bond registers and other customs related work.
- Managing and adhering to all customs related transactions regarding imports, re-exports, customs clearance, bonding and de-bonding, inter unit transfers and maintenance / updation of bond registers; and
- Ensuring necessary filings with various authorities, as and when required.
Qualification and Experience
Practical knowledge of customs and import clearance for all SEZ related imports and equipment's including coordination with authorities.Attention to detailQuick turnaround time.Graduate in Law (LL.B.) / Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com)2-12+ years of experience in SEZ Compliance
