Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for microcontroller-based systems.
- Write efficient, well-documented code in C for Embedded software.
- Create and maintain technical documentation including design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
- Perform software evaluation and debugging using tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and signal generators.
- Analyze and enhance the efficiency, stability and scalability of system resources.
- Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and validation of embedded systems.
- Participate in design and code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
- Interfacing customers to understand and translate their business goals into solution requirement documents.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation and testing by following system architectural strategies and guidelines.
Work Experience
Bachelor's / master's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Embedded Systems, or a related field.8+ years of experience in embedded software development using MCUs (Microcontroller Units)Extensive experience in embedded systems architecture and design.Hands-on development experience in Platform software, Firmware, BSPs and device drivers on MCU environments, and Embedded software / middleware applications.Strong programming skills in languages such as Embedded C, PythonStrong understanding in hardware peripherals like CAN, PWM, I2C, UART, SPI, USB, ADC, DAC etc.Experience with ARM Cortex, Renesas RA / RZ, STM32, or similar MCU platformsHands-on experience in Embedded software evaluation methods, tools (e.g., using oscilloscopes for signal measurement) and IDEs.Excellent documentation skills for technical specifications and test procedures.Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to details.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Experience in planning, scheduling, risk management and team coordination and on-time delivery.Benefits
