Job descriptionMinimum 3–5 years of experience in UK accounting Strong understanding of VAT and UK accounting principles Proficient in Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage Excellent communication and analytical skills CA / ACCA / is MUST
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare monthly management accounts for UK-based clients
- Handle VAT preparation, filing, and reconciliation as per HMRC standards
- Perform bank reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and ledger reviews
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Liaise with UK accountants and clients for financial queries and reporting
- Ensure compliance with UK accounting standards (FRS 102, FRS 105)
- Support process improvements and maintain accounting accuracy
