production and purification of major petrochemical intermediates, the chemical recycling of plastics, all natural gas
treatment and conversion options along with water treatment and carbon capture. The offer includes technologies,
equipment, furnaces, modular units, catalysts, adsorbents and related services.
In the Process Department they work on basic engineering projects and modular units projects development for their
customers. They are in the process of building a core team to follow and develop this activity in India.
For this core team, they are looking for a Process Team Manager attached to the Process Global Shared Solutions
HoD. You will be located in at Mumbai in India.

Reporting to the Process Shared Solutions Head of Department, you will directly manage a team of Process
Engineers.
Your main mission will be as follow :
Team Management
- Supervise the activity of your team's engineers,
- Ensure the management of the team for which you are directly responsible, ensuring in particular the
maintenance and development of skills of your team,
Set up annual training plan of your team,Conduct annual performance reviews,Ensure the proper integration into your team of new recruitsHelp managing the department in conjunction with the Process Head of Department (scheduling the activityof the process engineers of the department, representing the department in various working or decision
groups, etc.) and contribute to a positive group dynamic,
Mentor and coach your team to improve their knowledge and efficiencySupport and Project Execution
Ensure smooth operations for matters handled by Process Engineers,Depending on the workload of the department, you act as process coordinator or project manager,Support project managers / Lead process engineers on projects by assisting them in their mission, includingattending meetings with clients,
Take part in brainstorming about improving and optimizing work methods,You are involved in developing the Departments processes in conjunction with other departments such asStart up, Projects, Technology and Technical Services, Operation excellence group, and Process and
Equipment Innovation.
Prepare quotations for Process estimated workload in the context of commercial offer, in support of RegionalSales Managers
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Masters Degree or a higher equivalent in chemical or process engineeringMore than 12 years of work experience needed.You have an experience in the execution of license projects or detail engineering projects, customer relations,and / or have held management responsibilities in other technical departments or on projects.
You are interested in management and have established team leadership skills, particularly through projectmanagement experience.
A fluent level of English is mandatory, other language(s) appreciated.You demonstrate good listening and consultation skills.You have a relational ease both in terms of individual relationships, team leadership and externalenvironment.
You have an established analytical and synthetic capacity, also a sense of rigor.You have the ability to adapt in a fast paced environment.You demonstrate organizational and planning capabilities.You are a force of proposal and know how to decide and defend your choices with your interlocutors.Dynamic, you don't let yourself be destabilized by problems and are able to find solutions thanks to your senseof reality and excellent relational skills.
