Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in membrane technologies, water chemicals, and elevator solutions . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building client relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in membranes, water chemicals, and elevator solutions .
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth areas.
- Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall revenue growth.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure long-term client retention.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.4–8 years of proven experience in business development / sales within membrane, water chemical, or elevator industry .Strong understanding of industry-specific products, technologies, and customer needs.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to build networks and foster long-term relationships.Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
