IT Application Manager

The opportunity :

This role involves managing or performing work across multiple areas of an organizations overall IT Platform / Infrastructure including analysis, development, and administration of IT Systems Software, Hardware, and Databases.

How youll make an impact :

• Oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the applications platform to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Collaborates with IS Service Managers, Application Manager, Solution Architect and Specialists to estimate the effort for IS solution / services development, change requests and releases. Is responsible for entire requirements management process. Ensure that the final solution meets business objectives and adds to the bottom line.
• Provide support and training to end-users, helping them leverage the platform effectively.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions in line with organizational guidelines and policies.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in process intelligence, data engineering, and technologies, proposing and implementing best practices to improve the overall application architecture.
• Provides guidance or support to temporary work teams, guiding and monitoring task completion, sharing expert knowledge and advice without carrying line responsibility.
• For assigned tasks, executes all actions in IT processes according to agreed RACIS specification.
