EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

• Work with the Technical Support team to help customers and partners to solve issues encountered during the adoption and use of SAP Business One product.
• Investigate and identify product defects reported by customers and partners and work closely with development teams and product managers to deliver solutions.
• Investigate and provide solutions to DB corruptions caused by product defects in customers’ databases.
• Provide generic solutions for common issues customers may have during their daily use of SAP Business One product.
• Perform root cause analysis and debugging of software defects.
