Job Description

This role is responsible for managing financial reporting including compliance with RBI circular and accounting standard.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for I-GAAP reporting. Variance analysis of the financial statement on monthly basis.
• Monthly presentation for CFO.
• Review of internal control over the financial presentation and finance department.
• Ensure that compliance with accounting standard as per I-GAAP standard.
• Risk and control monitoring for the finance function and ORMD.
• Putting up various notes to Audit Committees and Board for Approval / Noting.
• Responsibility for preparation and review of board policy.

Qualifications

Qualifications : MBA / CA

Experience : 6 to 10 years
