Job descriptionYou have 12 to 15 years of experience with a strong understanding of technical systems, architecture, and product-engineering workflows. You are a product-focused, hands-on builder who thrives in fast-paced environments. You are obsessive about execution, care deeply about impact, and build systems that scale — responsibly. You understand engineering constraints but always ship with business outcomes in mind. You don’t wait for direction -you create clarity, drive ownership, and build momentum. Clear priorities, strong ownership, and seamless collaboration that accelerate product delivery. Shipping features with measurable impact on customer experience and business outcomes. Cross-functional alignment — teams solving problems proactively & efficiently. Robust tech foundations — healthy data pipelines, reliable monitoring, zero technical debt mindset. Creating an ecosystem where Rootle’s voice AI delivers consistent, empathetic, real-time interactions at global scale - with zero friction. You will own end-to-end execution of high-impact product & engineering initiatives. You will bridge technology, business, user experience & AI — and ensure every release drives value. You will be responsible for : Platform architecture & scalability Managing trade-offs, risks & dependencies Streamlining execution across teams Maintaining speed without compromising quality Code automation beyond vibe coding Building a problem-solving culture, not a ticket-solving one Leading product & engineering initiatives that scale Rootle.ai across the globe Solving real-time voice & multimodal AI problems — few teams in India are doing this Reporting directly to the Founder-CEO — and chance to be the Rootle.ai CXO team Owning both technical execution & product impact — from whiteboard to production Building teams, culture, and a product that users will rely on every day Industry-standard compensation ESOPs with the possibility of creating significant personal wealth A chance to build deep-tech that solves real human problems Direct ownership & decision-making The satisfaction of building a platform that will change how humans interact with AI
