Job Description : HR Analytics Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and data-driven HR Analyst to join our central HR team. This role is pivotal in transforming HR data into actionable insights that shape our talent strategy, enhance process efficiency, and drive our inclusion and diversity agenda. The ideal candidate will be an analytical thinker with a strong foundation in HR metrics, dashboard creation, and a passion for leveraging data to tell compelling stories that influence business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Analytics & Reporting :
- Deliver robust HR analytics and actionable insights to support talent acquisition, diversity hiring, employee engagement, and attrition analysis.
- Develop, maintain, and automate comprehensive reports and dashboards for key HR metrics including attrition, performance management, headcount, and recruitment efficiency.
- Create and manage advanced Power BI dashboards and Excel-based trackers for executive-level reporting and I&D (Inclusion & Diversity) analytics.
- Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on I&D performance across various categories (e.g., veterans, transgender, EWS).
- Data Management & Governance :
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all HR systems and reports.
- Document analytics Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), dashboard logic, and data governance protocols for scalable knowledge sharing and consistency.
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to streamline data flow and integration between systems.
- HR Systems & Process Improvement :
- Support the enhancement and optimization of HRMS modules (e.g., SAP, Workday).
- Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency gains within the HR function through data analysis.
- Assist in departmental budget planning and tracking, including analysis of sponsorship spends and program ROI.
- Stakeholder Collaboration :
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners and the CHRO to understand their data needs and provide strategic support for workforce planning and decision-making.
- Present data-driven insights in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels.
Required Skills & Qualifications
An MBA in Human Resources from a premier institution is mandatory.A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, HR, Business Management, or a related field.Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a dedicated HR Analytics role.Hands-on experience is a must with analytical tools, specifically :Power BI for creating interactive reports and dashboards.Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Charts, Macros, Power Query) for complex data analysis.Proven experience in creating HR-related reports and dashboards for attrition, performance management, recruitment, and I&D metrics .Familiarity with HR systems such as SAP (HCM / SuccessFactors), Workday, or ServiceNow will be a significant advantage.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment and adhere to a 6-day work-from-office schedule.AMPL is an equal-opportunity employer and values diversity at our company.
