Role Overview

As an Immigration Sales Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective clients seeking international study and migration services. You will leverage your deep understanding of immigration processes to advise, guide, and convert leads into successful applicants. This role demands consultative selling, exceptional relationship management, and meticulous attention to compliance and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation & Needs Analysis

Conduct detailed assessments of clients' academic backgrounds, career goals, and financial profiles.

Deliver personalized immigration and study recommendations (student visas, work permits, skilled migration).

Sales & Conversion

Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies (calls, emails, webinars) to generate and nurture qualified leads.

Present service packages, pricing, and process timelines; negotiate terms to close sales.

Application Management

Oversee end-to-end visa and immigration application processes, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of forms and supporting documents.

Coordinate with legal partners, educational institutions, and regulatory authorities to resolve any compliance queries.

Relationship Building

Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, educational agents, and referral partners.

Conduct regular follow-ups, feedback sessions, and post-arrival support coordination.

Market Research & Reporting

Monitor immigration policy changes, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Prepare weekly / monthly sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and performance analyses for leadership review.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or related field.
• 2–4 years of sales experience within education consultancy, immigration services, or a related domain.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of major immigration pathways (e.g., student visas, skilled migration programs for Canada, Australia, UK, USA).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail; familiarity with documentation and compliance requirements.
• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build trust and manage sensitive client data.
