Engineer - Printing [Urgent Search]

Role & responsibilities :

1) Machine operation, process setting, Product setting, Knowledge of trouble shooting of Printing machine -Offset, silkscreen, hot foil and Pad printing and Assy.

2) Man power handling, Involving in employee coaching & counselling, appraising and reviewing performance, ensuring

optimum performance.

3) Hand on work experience in Preventive and predictive maintenance of Printing Machine's like OMSO and Moss.

4)

Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work, set targets and make decisions. Ability to work accurately and methodically under pressure. Initiative, with problem-solving skills.

5) Execution of production planning as per Production Schedule, Planning day-to-day activities as per Manpower availability.

6) Shift Production Planning & Monitoring of shift performance Machine wise.

7) Knowledge of 5S , Standardization and GMP , TPM, Kaizen.

8) Knowledge of TPU-OEE , Rejection reduction . Taking initiatives for improvements in processes for quality & cost benefits of plant.

9) Daily monitoring / review of reported Non-Conformances & Customer Complaints

10) Documentation of DPR, Job -card , Inspection report , WI , 5S Check sheet , Traceability.

Special skills / Mandatory Skill requirements :

1) Required good knowledge of SAP,

2) Basic Knowledge of computer and hands-on experience in MS-Office
