Location : Offshore - Remote ( India )

Job Type : Contract - 12 months renewable to long term

Client Industry - Manufacturing - Semi Government Entity

What You'll Do :

• Design & Develop : Customize and build engaging, responsive user interfaces using ServiceNow Service Portal and the Now Experience Framework .
• Visualize Data : Create insightful and dynamic dashboards and reports for EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) KPIs, turning data into actionable intelligence.
• Champion the User : Apply and uphold our branding and accessibility standards to ensure a consistent and inclusive experience for all users.
• Collaborate for Success : Work closely with Business Analysts and Organizational Change Management (OCM) teams to ensure high user adoption and seamless implementation.
