Job descriptionWorkday HCM Core plus Security certification BE / B. Tech / M Tech / MBA / MCA 4-6 years of IT experience Professional Experience of at least 5 years in implementing or supporting Workday. Have completed at least 3 end to end Workday implementation as a Core HCM / Security Module consultant Experience in Implementing, Configuring, and Supporting more than one project in Workday Core HCM and Security areas. Knowledge of touch points related to HCM module. Must have worked on configuring complex Business processes within Core HCM, end-to-end security configuration / support Exposure to Customer central, Knowledge of handling Employee, set up data related EIBs, Advance Loads, iLoad's and Migration Recipe. Ability to create Standard and Advanced custom reports, Custom Worklets, Custom Objects, Calculated fields. Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently, providing timely follow-up and resolution Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle both planned and unplanned responsibilities Good to have reporting experience Knowledge of Advanced Compensation Configuration items and flow of Compensation Review Process. Experience in handling Country Specific Data requirements. Highly self-motivated and detail oriented Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and leadership Workday HCM Core plus Security certification Good to have reporting experience Knowledge of Advanced Compensation Configuration items and flow of Compensation Review Process. RESPONSIBILITIES
Roles & Responsibilities : Core HCM / Security Functional Consultant
- Responsible for client deliverables (functional / technical) of medium-high complexity work with quality check, learning and understanding the client's requirements
- Understands Workday security domains and how to maintain security on business processes
- Responsible for tenant build using workbooks, provision and administer PAAS Environment Strategy, Tenant build, Deploy, Bug fix support & report creation.
