What’s the Gig?
The selected candidate will collaborate closely with Hustle Marketers' creative and strategy teams to develop, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and TikTok. Responsibilities include audience research, copywriting, split-testing, performance tracking, and continual refinement based on data insights.
What Makes You a Fit?
Hustle Marketers is seeking someone who :
- Has 2+ years of experience running paid media campaigns (agency experience is a plus)
- Can analyze metrics and transform data into actionable insights
- Writes ad copy that doesn’t just sell—but sings
- Understands funnel strategy, retargeting, and customer acquisition costs
- Stays calm under pressure and thrives on feedback
- Brings a self-starter mindset and isn't afraid to experiment, fail fast, and optimize
