Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 2-4 years of data analytics experience, preferably in consumer tech. Cohort analysis experience is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in SQL with hands-on experience in Snowflake (Postgres experience is also valuable).
- Proficiency in Python for data wrangling, analysis, and visualisation (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib / Seaborn).
- Familiarity with automation or text analysis is a plus.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills for quick ad-hoc analysis.
- Experience with BI / visualisation tools (e. g., QuickSight, Data Studio, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
- Familiarity with A / B testing frameworks and core statistical concepts.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
