Requirements

• This role involves conducting research, analyzing data and ensuring smooth execution of operational processes.
• Conduct user research and identify opportunities to increase engagement
• Analyze data to generate actionable insights for business strategies
• Execute day to day business operation, ensuring task are completed on time and inline with organizational goals.
• Implement research findings into actionable operations steps.
• Monitor workflows and ensure deliverables meet quality and efficiency standards.
• Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams to remove blockers and ensure seamless execution
• Maintain documented reports and records of day to day deliveries.
