Job Title : Housekeeping Associates
Location : Sarovar Portico, Hanumangarh
Job Summary :
As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a high standard of service and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, and public areas as per hotel standards
- Replenish guest supplies and amenities
- Report maintenance issues promptly
- Ensure proper usage of cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols
- Assist guests with requests courteously and professionally
- Maintain inventory of linen and cleaning supplies
- Coordinate with the laundry department for linen requirements
- Support deep cleaning and spring cleaning schedules
