As a part of our

Quality and Brewing team , you’ll :

Assist in microbiological testing of beer, yeast, and raw materials

Support hygiene monitoring and lab analysis

Learn fermentation monitoring, yeast management, and contamination control

Maintain lab records and quality documentation

We’re looking for : B.Sc. / M.Sc. in

Microbiology, Biotechnology, or Biochemistry

(recent graduates or final-year students)

Curious minds with a passion for fermentation, quality, and craft beer

Detail-oriented team players with good lab discipline
