About the Role : We're looking for a Program Manager to help bring AI technology into our Quick Commerce operations at Amazon. You'll work on making our operations smoother and improving how we serve customers.

Main Responsibilities : . Create plans for using AI in our operations . Build tools to help our delivery operations work better . Work with tech teams to turn ideas into real solutions . Make project plans and track progress . Look at how things are working and find ways to make them better

What You'll Do Day-to-Day : . Work with different teams to create AI tools that help our operations run better . Lead projects that make our delivery operations more efficient . Help solve problems and make improvements to how we work . Keep track of how well new tools and systems are working . Work with tech teams to build useful solutions

Basic Qualifications

• 1+ years of data analytics or automation experience
• 1+ years of capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or similar experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of data pipelining and extraction using SQL
• Knowledge of SQL and Excel at a moderate or advanced level
• Experience with data mining tools like SQL, SAS, SPSS, or similar
