About the Role

Setu’s design team is looking for a Visual Design & Motion Graphics Intern who can bring stories to life through design, animation, and video. If you love creating static and animated visuals, experimenting with formats, and turning abstract ideas into sleek creative output—this role is for you.

At Setu, you’ll work with a big brand at the heart of India’s fintech story, gain real ownership of projects, and create work that gets seen by top leaders, partners, and customers.

What you’ll do

Design static graphics, short animated videos, GIFs, and product explainers

Edit videos and craft sharp, engaging visual storytelling

Use AI-powered tools to accelerate design and motion workflows

Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, branding, and storytelling

Contribute to larger brand projects—from shaping Setu’s rebranding exercise to bringing new product identities to life

Take initiative to conceptualize and run design-led projects , not just execute assets

Explore new formats and design ideas that push how a fintech brand shows up in the market

What we’re looking for

Hands-on skills and Good grasp of design fundamentals (typography, layout, color)

Passion for animation, motion graphics, and video editing

Someone who experiments with AI design tools (Runway, Pika, MidJourney, Figma plugins, etc.)

High intent and ownership—willing to take ideas from concept to final output
