We are seeking a skilled Testing Engineer with a strong background in vibration testing and data analysis . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with a variety of tests, including natural frequency, damping, sine wave, and random vibration. This role requires expertise with ED shakers & MTS actuators , along with proficiency in RLDA (Road Load Data Acquisition) and data analysis techniques to ensure the integrity and reliability of our products.
Key Responsibilities
- Vibration & Data Analysis : Lead vibration testing and data analysis . This includes performing specialized tests like natural frequency testing, damping test, sine wave test , and random vibration test .
- Equipment & Software : Operate and manage testing with ED shakers & MTS actuators . A crucial part of this role is using MTS software , including MBT (Multi-Body Test) and RPC (Remote Parameter Control) .
- RLDA & Analysis : Conduct RLDA data capturing & data analysis , specifically for acceleration, strain gauge, displacement & force values . Apply your knowledge of vibration, damping, ASD (Acceleration Spectral Density), FFT (Fast Fourier Transform), Spectral analysis & filters to interpret data accurately.
- Fixture & Setup : Design and create test fixtures and set up various testing configurations as needed.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Testing Engineer , with a focus on vibration and durability testing.MTS Software experience is majorly needed , specifically with MBT and RPC .Expertise in ED shakers & MTS actuators .Strong background in RLDA data capturing and analysis.Knowledge of test fixture design and test setup creation.Skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for data interpretation.Strong proficiency in MTS software and other relevant testing tools.The ability to design and create custom test setups.Meticulous attention to detail for data capturing and analysis.Skills Required
