Architectural work - detailed plans, good grasp of structure, roofing experience (joinery, membranes, insulation etc.). Knowledge of latest materials available in the market.

For interior work - flooring inlays, woodwork patterns, doorway mechanisms, Plaster works, furniture, thorough elevations, and rendering.

Flawless drafting in AutoCAD. Proficiency in 3d modelling and rendering.
