Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Product Manager. Located in Mumbai, the Senior Product Manager will oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch. Responsibilities include defining product vision, creating product roadmaps, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative financial solutions for women. The role also involves analyzing product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Management, including defining product vision and creating roadmaps
• Skills in Market Research and Data Analysis
• Strong project management skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Understanding of financial services and products
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize effectively
• Experience in the fintech industry, especially payments is a must
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus
