Position Overview :

The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing of our artisanal syrups. This role requires hands-on coordination, team leadership, and adherence to food safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a background in Food Technology, Home Science, or Hotel Management and bring a proactive approach to production management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and supervise daily production activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and food safety protocols.​
• Lead and support the production team, providing training, coaching, and performance management.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for raw material availability.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), hygiene, and safety standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues, recommending process improvements to optimize efficiency.
• Maintain production documentation, reports, and batch records for traceability and audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality control, maintenance, and logistics for seamless operations.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality.
