Job Summary :

The Project Coordinator

will support the Project Manager and technical teams in planning, executing, and delivering IT projects efficiently. The role involves coordinating between clients, developers, designers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met within scope, time, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking deliverables across all project phases.
• Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure project clarity and alignment.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including minutes of meetings, progress reports, and task trackers.
• Support in requirement gathering, follow up with teams for task completion, and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify project risks or delays and escalate them to the Project Manager when necessary.
• Monitor project timelines and resource allocation.
• Facilitate team meetings, client demos, and internal review sessions.
• Ensure adherence to company standards, processes, and quality requirements.
• Assist in project invoicing and closure activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
