SAP B1 Consultant

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced

SAP B1

Consultant to help us review, restructure, and optimize our existing SAP B1 setup. The consultant will primarily work remotely and will visit our office once a week for reviews, discussions, and key activities.

Work Exp :

Minimum 5+ years of experience in SAP Business One consulting / implementation.

Engagement Details :

Contract Period : 3 Months (with possible extension).

Mode of Work : Remote, with weekly onsite visit to our office.

Location : Mumbai -HO

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct a comprehensive audit of the current SAP B1 configuration, modules, and processes.

Identify inefficiencies, incorrect setups, and process gaps.

Provide and implement solutions aligned with industry best practices.

Restructure master data, workflows, user roles, and reports.

Optimize inventory, sales, purchase and finance modules.

Ensure data integrity, security, and proper documentation.

Work closely with stakeholders for requirement gathering and validation.

Provide knowledge transfer and training to internal users.

Prepare a roadmap for future scalability of SAP B1.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Strong knowledge of SAP B1 modules (Finance, Inventory, Sales & Purchase etc.).

Proven experience in system restructuring, corrective projects, or reimplementation.

Ability to design and customize queries, reports, and add-ons.

Strong understanding of SQL, Crystal Reports, and integration tools.

Experience in preparing SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), process documentation, and user manuals.

SAP B1 certification preferred but not mandatory.
