As we scale, we are looking for a Shopify Manager / Developer who will take ownership of our e-commerce platform—ensuring it's robust, efficient, and always delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing

Shopify Store Management : Oversee all aspects of our Shopify store's functionality, structure, and performance.

Theme Development & Customization : Use HTML, CSS, Liquid, and JavaScript to refine and enhance themes, ensuring mobile responsiveness and an intuitive experience.

App Integration & Optimization : Evaluate and integrate Shopify apps and plugins that enhance store performance and complement existing features.

Automation & AI Integration : Implement automation workflows and AI-driven solutions to streamline operations and improve customer engagement.

E-commerce Operations Support : Assist with site launches, product uploads, updates, and platform navigation for internal teams.

Testing & QA : Conduct rigorous testing and quality assurance to ensure flawless customer experiences across devices and browsers.

Performance Monitoring : Track site speed, SEO, and functionality to proactively fix issues and boost conversion rates.

Documentation & Training : Maintain best practices, guides, and training materials to support team members and stakeholders.

Who You Are

Experience : Hands-on experience managing and developing Shopify stores, with a deep understanding of the platform's structure, apps, and integrations.

Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Shopify's Liquid templating language.

E-commerce Insight : Understand customer journeys, checkout flows, and conversion optimization strategies in a D2C environment.

Problem Solver : Able to troubleshoot technical issues, debug errors, and find solutions independently and collaboratively.

Testing & QA-Oriented : Experience in identifying bugs, running tests, and ensuring consistent performance across devices.

Adaptable & Innovative : Keeps up with new Shopify features, apps, and automation tools—and is excited to experiment and implement them.

Collaborative Communicator : Clear and concise in explaining technical processes, working cross-functionally with non-technical teams.
